Little Treasures

Hello All,

For the Try it on Tuesday Let's see some Beads Challenge I created this little group of doll size vanity items including a tall atomizer, a set of 5 perfume vanity bottles (one I even made so it would open), an elephant candle holder and a pair of shorter candle holders.

These were all made using some beads I had rolling around and various jewelry parts and pieces.

Life's A Dance

Good Day All

Today I created this sweet blue & silver art dress for the Try it on Tuesday Music Challenge. This is my first time participating in a challenge and am very excited to be a part of this one.

My Frst Collage

I created this in November. My daughter was feeling under the weather and I wanted to cheer her up. It was my very first project like this so I really didn't have a clue what to do so I just found a bunch of different things around the house, focused on things that my daughter likes and started putting them together. This was the result and it had the result I intended...it made her smile...she loved it!!!

I used all kind of materials including a canvas board, scrapbook paper, wrapping paper, tissue paper, bits of ribbon, lace and fabric, bits of jewelry that I took apart, paint and some creativity.

First day with my first blog

Being that it is my first day with a blog, I am just getting the feel of how this all works to create a place that has some continuity...balance if you will, in my own mind. I will likely just play around for a couple of days or so experimenting with the features I have available. There is a lot to learn so please keep that in mind if you are visiting and hoping to see what I have created.
